Dermy Derm Pins started as a sketch in the margins of a USMLE Step 2 CK practice exam. Skin is visual, tactile, a little funny, and endlessly interesting — and none of the merch out there seemed to get that.

Every design starts with something real from clinic or lab: the mirror check, the SPF ritual, the dermatoscope everyone aspires to own. Small batches, enamel, made to be worn on a white coat, a tote bag, or a lanyard that has seen things.
